Politics and Power, the art of Betting

When hearing the term “follow the money”, many credit its origin to members of law enforcement. Those who have the most to gain are usually the ones who are at the top of the criminal hierarchy, is the basic idea behind the words. In truth, the phrase did not originate from some brilliant criminal investigator attempting to bring one of the famed public enemies, the likes of Al Capone or John Dillinger to justice. The words came from a classic movie in the 1970’s,(All the President’s Men), and it was in reference to the direct involvement of the US President in the Watergate Scandal. If such a commonly used term is actually a logical and correct theory for identifying the highest ranking members of a criminal organization, why would it have originated from the world of politics? Maybe the political arena could provide the highest and best use for the theoretical concept of those words.

A Trail of Crumbs May Lead the Way:

The famed trail of crumbs is not only beneficial in finding the way home in a Fairy Tale, but a great source for identifying corruption within a political system. If hundreds of millions of dollars spent by special interest,( PACS0, during political Elections were merely “crumbs”, it would be easy to identify the lawmakers who were directly linked to each bidder.(not contributor or donor because they are making an offer for goods and services to be rendered)

Paying for the Franchise Fee:

No matter what the name of a franchise, they always design a structure for collecting fees from those who use the reputation of their brand to realize a profit. Today the most popular brands for franchises are Democrat and Republican. Controlling Congress and the Presidency are key to collecting the maximum amount of fees from those franchisees. This “brand” is most specifically the individual power and influence of a given politician. Unfortunately, when it comes time to vote, the fact that hundreds of millions of dollars has been secretly paid for decisions of lawmakers, is not visible in the form of a logo atop a particular business. The services are just as real as any product purchased in a local drive thru, but instead of catchy names like “happy”, in pretty little boxes, they are government contracts, tax breaks, manipulations of environmental regulations, and many more. Until this year, it has been difficult to trace the corruption, because the bread crumbs never led back to the names and faces behind the “pay for play.” This year the US will finally witness the first opportunity to follow a very large amount of crumbs, directly back to a single individual.

Professional Gamblers only Make a Select Few Bets:

A great part about our country is that the corruption in politics and the mainstream media is recognized by a large portion of the citizens. The tragedy is that even though the wrongdoings are real, few examples are ever produced which provide the “beyond a reasonable doubt” evidence. Indisputable evidence is normally necessary to indict someone of a crime or set of crimes. Political parties have more secrets than any sewing circle and the mainstream media know far more about the office scuttlebutt than any clique of workers in a break room. Politicians are using their influence to effect the odds of the table game of public deception, to the point where being dealt a straight “21” at the “blackjack table of truth” is more rare than hitting the powerball jackpot twice in a row. Stacking the odds is a profession for those who view “we the people” as their feeble minded dependents whom they are obligated to shelter from the truth. So they continue to fix games and manipulate the system so nobody from the “outside” ever finds out. This year the odds and the decision on how to place the wager are glaringly obvious.

Betting to Win and Show at the Same Time:

We really have to give it to the FBI, when they indict someone they have a conviction rate higher than 90%. Those odds seem significantly better than those of us citizens at that gaming table we previously mentioned. Now that is something you can pretty much bet on, regardless of how many witnesses you may have which saw someone do this or do that or hide this or shred that. Considering the most powerful political protection, a certain franchise realizes they can most likely buy a few years of time before the public wakes up and demands justice. With the FBI conviction rate north of 90%, the odds of a protected Presidential candidate actually being indicted during an election process or a term as president may be reduced to 10% or less. The smart bet would appear to be on Clinton to win. With a 50% mathematical chance of winning the election, combined with the proper amount of protection from “all of the president’s men and in this case the media” she is at least 50/50. The truth of the matter is the highest powers in the land have already wagered on Clinton to “win” and they have also bet to “show.”

A “crumb” of Evidence:

That whole situation where there was never any crumbs leading back to the logo atop the building’s headquarters, well, that is not the case on this one. Imagine a big building with the name of someone on top.(the Clinton Foundation) Now if we are the FBI what do we do? We follow the money. The emails, Benghazi, private servers, all “he said, she said”, the Clinton Foundation is billions of traceable dollars. When the truth comes out, the powers who already know, realize there is simply no way out of that one. It may take a year or two at most, but when the list of people donating and the amounts of money start circulating into the public view, it will create a cast of characters and conduct not becoming of an officer at any level of service. The powers that be are attempting to provide the best chance to secure the Presidency for 4 years to their brand. They realize that wagering on the Clinton’s to “show” that trail of breadcrumbs is going to allow the Vice Presidential to step into office, immediately after the impeachment process.

Reviewing the Odds:

With a 90% chance of conviction in an untainted indictment process there is no way to do anything other than delay the conviction. The money trail is too large and too glaring. If an indictment begins prior to the election there is no chance for the brand to maintain control of the White House. With the election there is approximately a 50/50 chance through cover ups in the media, justice department, etc. to nurse her into the door. Once she is in the door of the White House it secures the Democratic party of simply shifting the power to the number 2 Democrat. So it is a simple decision, either delay justice and take a 50/50 shot at the White House, or let it proceed before the election and even though the odds would be 10% of acquittal, the election chances would be less than 1%. For the first time in many years the options are just too obvious. Flip your coin, Mr. President, we are all watching.
