Yes. SellBot auto-detects the shopper's browser language from a pool of 15 and replies in the same language. You don't need to configure anything — it just works.

No. Conversations are stored only so you can review them in the Inbox. They're never sent to third-party model-training pipelines. Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google each commit to not training on API traffic by default.

Uninstall from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days via Shopify's standard GDPR webhooks.
